  12. I am trying to set up a Best Data Smart One 2824 in Win 95.  The OS
  13. doesn't seem to recognize the modem as anything but a "Standard 28.8."
  14. When manually installing as a Best Data Smart One 2834 F, Windows
  15. prompts for a driver. I ignored the request and installed anyway. Now
  16. the modem does not sound the dial tone etc, from the speaker when
  17. dialing or connecting and will not disconnect properly. Is is a driver
  18. neccesary? If so, where to get it?  Any help would be appreciated.
